The Horizon: The Line No One Can Find
There is a long
and perfect line
we can see
but never find.
Beyond the shore
where sea meets sky
we see the line
and wonder why
when ships sail out
across that line
they disappear
every time.
Columbus thought
the world was round
and sought the line
that no one found.
He left a lesson
all should teach--
strive for things
beyond your reach.
